Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses across India. International shipping is coming soon.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over ₹1,999.
- Orders under ₹1,999 carry a small shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing & delivery times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- During sales and holiday periods, processing can take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also view order status anytime in My Account.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can update the address as long as the order hasn’t shipped.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected time, contact us at hello@zaralightboutique.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.
