Hand wash when possible

Cool water and a gentle, pH-neutral detergent are all you need. Avoid wringing — press water out gently instead.

Skip the dryer

Lay flat or hang to dry out of direct sunlight, which can weaken delicate fibers over time.

Steam, don’t iron

A garment steamer smooths wrinkles without the risk of scorching. If you must iron, use the lowest setting with a cloth barrier.
